ALS installed a new Sub-Membrane using a 20 MIL crawlspace liner called CleanSpace. The liner was properly installed and completely sealed airtight. Then all new 3” schedule piping was installed connecting both he slab and crawl sub-membrane. This created the negative pressure under the membrane and basement slab needed to significantly lower the radon levels throughout the home. The ALS team also installed a UV resistant Low Voltage Radon Fan. Laurence was happy with the results. Not only were the radon levels significantly lowered, but the system looked nice and was professionally installed to last.
