Presentation focused on quality and service with price not used as come-on gimmick. Doug did an excellent job of presenting a total overview of the product to be installed and the how, where, when, and how of the job. EXCELLENT PRESENTATION. Doug blew the competition out of the water. Even though the price was higher the product and instillation was far superior to any the competition could offer thus making the overall cost very affordable.
