Crawl Space Encapsulation Grand Rapids, MI

ALS Radon & Environmental completed a crawl space encapsulation in Grand Rapids, MI. The dirt crawl space was sealed air tight to prevent radon gas and water penetration from entering the home. A 20 mil braided mold resistant vapor barrier was installed and bracketed/sealed to all concrete walls in the crawl space. This vapor barrier will help lower heating and cooling cost while also improving the air quality inside the home.
