Mold Removal & Remediation Before & After Photos

A look at a recent Mold Remediation job we did. 

Following the mold remediation of this customers basement we proceeded and painted the block foundation walls with an antimicrobial water proofing masonry coating. 

The fan vent was ran to the attic area and not the outdoors. Our team installed a new vent through the roof and installed insulated ducting from the bathroom fan to the roof vent. We also completed a mold remediation of the attic.

ALS Property Associates removed mold staining from a residential property in Kalamazoo, MI. The property had visible mold on the interior sheathing in the basement. After completing HEPA vacuuming, treating areas with disinfectant, and removing the staining the sheathing looks like new.
