ALS Radon & Environmental completed a radon gas mitigation system at a residential property in Niles, MI. A sub-slab depressurization radon system was used on this home. The soil found under the home provided allowed for a rp265 radon away fan to be used. This fan will allow more air to be removed at a higher rate to help provide lower radon levels. Schedule 40 piping was run from the basement to the outside. The radon fan was installed on the rear exterior away from all bedrooms to avoid the loud noise for the owner.
