ALS Property Associates installed a residential radon mitigation system in Hastings, MI. The radon removal system was run from the basement to the garage with schedule 40 piping. Then from the garage to the attic where the radon fan was installed and vented through the roof.

See how we professionally ran the radon vent piping in the garage to the attic. This radon reduction system can not be seen from the exterior of the home except for the roof vent. The piping in the inside is retrofitted, but looks as if it were part of the home. 

See the before and after of a double extraction point. One of the extraction points is for the main slab of the basement and the second is through the foundation wall and communicates with the slab of the bi-level. This one location creates negative pressure not only under the basement, but under the bi-level slab.

ALS Property Associates installed a radon reduction system at a residential property in Battle Creek, MI. A sub-slab depressurization radon system was used at this property. Schedule 40 piping was run from the basement extraction point through a crawl space to the garage. From the garage the piping was run to the above attic. The radon fan was installed in the garage attic and vented through the roof. A clean space vapor barrier was also installed over the dirt crawl space with a second extraction point.
