Radon Gas Mitigation Before & After Photos

ALS Property Associates completed a residential radon mitigation system in Belding, MI. A sub-slab depressurization was used. Schedule 40 piping was run from the basement to the exterior. The radon fan was installed on the side exterior and vented above the roof line.

Check out this radon extraction point. It is tucked away in the corner of the home near the well out of the way of the rest of the basement.
